Who it’s for
Built for the people who have to keep everything on-brand — and prove the website is accessible.
Agency owners and account teams
Five clients or fifty, every deliverable goes out under someone else’s name. Set up a Blueprint per client, QA each piece before it leaves the building, and turn a quarterly Brand Audit and a site accessibility report into services you can bill for — each one a client-ready PDF led by their logo.
Small in-house marketing teams
Three people, sixty assets a month, freelancers and AI tools in the mix, and legal asking whether the website is accessible. Catch drift before it publishes with a Brand Review, keep the site honest with scheduled Website Accessibility Review scans and a published statement, and show leadership one number.
Is this on-brand? Know before it ships.
Drop in a PDF, presentation or graphic and get a Brand Compliance Score in minutes — logo and color measured to the pixel, font, layout and spacing reviewed by AI, every finding drawn on the artwork with a fix anyone on the team can act on.
Set up your Brand Blueprint.
Approved logos, color palette and fonts — captured once. Upload your guidelines PDF and we read them out, or type them in. Five minutes.
Drop in the asset.
A PDF, a deck, a social graphic, a page from the website, an export from an AI tool — anything that is about to go out under the brand.
Read what changed, fix it, re-check.
A Brand Compliance Score out of 100, every finding drawn on the artwork, and a plain-language fix. Logo and color are measured to the pixel; type, layout and spacing are AI-reviewed with a confidence level.
One upload. Two answers.
The assets that drift from your brand are the same assets that fail assistive technology — the untagged brochure, the deck with “Picture 4” for alt text, the social tile with the offer baked into the pixels. Nobody in the organisation owns either question. So every file you check for brand now gets a document accessibility result on the same screen: what a machine tested, what it found, and what still needs a person.
Specific, file by file
PDFs are read for tags, title, language, figure descriptions, headings, tables, reading order and a real text layer. Decks for slide titles, reading order, alt text, table headers, contrast against the real theme colours and text baked into pictures. Word files for real heading styles, alt text, table headers and typed-in lists. Workbooks for sheet names, header rows and merged cells. Images for text in pixels, its contrast, and the embedded description in the file’s own metadata.
The palette, not just its use
Your approved brand colours are measured against each other once. When a document fails contrast on two approved colours, the finding points at the palette — the fix is in the guidelines, not in that one file.
A number that shows its working
Every result shows the share of automated checks that found no problem next to how many criteria were machine-tested and how many need a person. It is never a bare number, and never a claim that a standard is met — the catalogue and the formula are public.
Document accessibility · brochure-2026.pdf
Automated checks passed · capped from 33% · PDF
18 of 22 criteria machine-tested · 4 of 12 that applied found no problem · 2 need a person
Document is not tagged
InDesign: File → Export → Adobe PDF → tick “Create Tagged PDF”.
Text contrast 2.4:1 on two brand colours
The fault is the palette pair, not this document — see the brand palette result.

Is the website accessible? Tested against the law that applies to you.
Enter the address. We find the pages from the site’s own sitemap and audit each one against the WCAG standard your law references — USA ADA or Section 508, the European Accessibility Act, UK, Canada, Australia — with every finding pinned on a screenshot of the page.
Looks behind the menus
Most scanners audit a page as it loads. We also open the menus, dialogs and expandable panels we find and re-audit each state, then walk every page with the Tab key — catching focus that vanishes, keyboard traps and missing focus indicators.
Checks your PDFs too
Under the ADA Title II rule and EN 301 549, documents on your site are web content. Every linked PDF is checked for structure tagging, a title, a language, alt text on figures and a readable text layer.
Then the human part, made easy
Automated testing catches roughly a third of WCAG. Twenty-two guided manual checks cover the rest with who-checked-what recorded, scheduled re-scans email you what changed, and a statement generator writes an honest, publishable accessibility statement — what was tested, never more.
Text must have sufficient color contrast
Measured from the rendered pixels: 2.1:1 against a required 4.5:1.
Images must have alternative text
Found only inside the opened navigation menu.
Not tagged — no structure for assistive technology
Linked from 4 pages · no document language set.
Automated checks test part of WCAG — a clean result is a floor, not a statement that the standard is met, and anything needing human review says so.
Free accessibility check
Put your website to the accessibility test.
One page, audited for accessibility with the same engine as a full scan — menus opened, keyboard walked — in about 30 seconds. You see the numbers; the free trial shows you every issue and the rest of the site.
One score for the whole organization.
A review checks one asset. A Brand Audit answers the question a client or a board actually asks: how consistently is the brand applied across everything we ship? Add a few recent examples from each touchpoint — social, brochures, presentations, sales material, the website — and get a Brand Audit Score out of 100, the weakest touchpoints ranked, what to fix first, and a client-ready PDF led by their logo. Run it each quarter and watch the trend.

Questions, answered.
What file types can I check?
PDF, PowerPoint (.pptx), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PNG, JPG and SVG. Decks are reviewed slide by slide and multi-page documents page by page, up to 40 pages — the report always says which pages it covered. Every upload also gets its own document accessibility result on the same screen, read from the original file.
Do I need a brand guidelines document?
No. If you have one, upload it and we read the colors and fonts out of it for you to confirm. If you do not, type in one logo, one color and one font and you are ready — add the rest anytime.
How accurate are the checks?
Logo and color are deterministic measurements — pixel geometry and CIE Lab color science — so a finding there is a fact. Font, layout and spacing are AI visual reviews shown with a confidence level, not exact measurements; low-confidence findings are worth a look by eye.
What does Website Accessibility Review actually test?
It finds your pages from your own sitemap and audits each one with axe-core against the WCAG rule set your law references — ADA or Section 508 in the USA, the European Accessibility Act, UK, Canada, Australia, or WCAG 2.2 AA. Unlike most scanners it also opens the menus, dialogs and expandable panels it finds and re-audits each state, walks every page with the keyboard, and checks the PDFs your pages link to for tagging, title, language and alt text. Findings are pinned on screenshots, links are status-checked, 22 guided manual checks cover what automation cannot judge, and you can schedule re-scans and generate a publishable statement. Automated testing covers roughly a third of WCAG, so a clean result is presented as a floor, never as a statement that the standard is met.
Are my files used to train AI?
No. Your files are never used to train AI — ours or anyone else’s — and you control how long uploaded review files are kept.
What is the difference between a Brand Review and a Brand Audit?
A Brand Review answers a narrow question: is this one asset on-brand? A Brand Audit answers the bigger one: how consistently is the brand applied across everything you ship? You add recent examples from each touchpoint — social, brochures, presentations, sales material, the website — every file is measured like a normal review, and the results roll up into one Brand Audit Score with the weakest touchpoints ranked, a prioritized fix list and a client-ready PDF. Each asset in an audit uses one review from your allowance.
